I just bought a telluride on Tuesday but headed there for a Carnival. They gave me a price no one could believe and even my local Kia dealer told me to go buy that one. There was just something though that made it hard to commit to the Carnival. Nothing on their part. I told them I might have changed my mind after they started the process and they were very nice. Showed me some other vehicles. Being torn between the Carnival and now the Telluride she was patient answered all my questions and even shared her opinion when asked. Finally I couldn’t make a decision and was going to sleep on it. The sales manager then offered me a deal on the Telluride that sealed the deal and I was out in less than a half an hour. I was there for a long time trying to make this decision and they were patient and helpful through the whole process. I cannot say enough good things. If I decide my next vehicle to be a Kia I will be back and if you are looking for a Kia give them a chance. You won’t be sorry. See Bernadette.

As a manager of a large organization, I preach customer service. I purchased my KIA EV from a different dealer, as Buchanan did not have any in stock. I recently got a coolant Inverter refill error and called the dealer I bought it from. They told me the inverter flush would take over 6 hours. So I called Buchanan and I got Damien. He was sooo knowledgeable and informed me there were two models, and depending would be 1 - 1.5 hours. He scheduled me only a couple days later. I arrived on time and Damien was very professional and checked my car in. He said my car had a recall on the Inverter flush (alarm on the dash), and they would check it out . About 2 hours later, Damien informed me they had completed the flush, but the alarm was still there. He offered me a free loaner, as there expert would address it the next day. The next afternoon, Damien called me and said it was fixed and ready for pickup, but since it was late in the day, feel free to keep the loaner. When I went to pickup my car, Damien informed me that the $400 Inverter coolant flush was under the recall, so no charge. He could have charged me and I would have been just fine with that, as the coolant flush is part of the regular 60K service. Then he gave me a car wash coupon and apologized as due to construction of the building, they were not able to clean the car. The entire service crew was so polite and professional. Bottom Line: Damien is an unsung hero at Buchanan Kia!
